The room was clean and warm for more (colder day!). The front desk attendant was extremely nice and helpful. He needed to ask his boss for assistance with something and his boss was incredibly kind and professional with his employee. 👍

The room was clean. The shower was never HOT - it was lukewarm at best. The body wash was pretty terrible - the hotel must go through a lot as it seemed like you needed much more than normal to feel clean/lather. Did not try the shampoo but I imagine it's the same. As well, it would be nice if there were vending machines or complimentary water. After a concert at the Warner Theatre about a mile away, nothing was open for beverages or food. I went to the front desk and the attendant was kind enough to provide a room temp water bottle when I asked for food/beverages as their "store" was closed inside the hotel.

Not very clean around the hotel property or in the actual room. I got a suite, paid extra for it, it didn't even have a door on the bedroom, very small bathroom, wouldn't stay again.
