Didn’t use amenities

Spacious single room. Excellent breakfast. I just wish there had not been quite so many stairs from the carpark to my room (64!).

Breakfast was okay ,being sat down in the morning could be a bit of a wait. We were there 3 days and the lift was out of action 3 times We eat in the evening,had a burger which was nice, food was hot and well presented

Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill. However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets. We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. We won't be returning to what was once a wonderful hotel with great staff.
