The property was certainly clean and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue is my wife has asthma and is allergic to feathers. We needed to replace the four down pillows with non down pillows. The desk sent up two and said there were no others in the hotel. The next day my wife asked the houswekeeper who said of course there were others and brought two more up

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are a stickler for cleanliness I would not recommend this hotel. The wall going into the elevator looked like something had dripped on it and was never cleaned. The only reason I say that is because it looks like it had been there a while .Sometimes stuff like that happens but when we saw the bathroom in our room it is clear they do not pay attention to detail. Under our vanity in the bathroom was disgusting to say the least I don’t know something was spilled underneath there or it was just accumulation of dirty mop water that they just didn’t clean along with the baseboards looking like they have never been cleaned. The bathtub had a very large chip that should be fixed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens all looked very clean. They had a very good breakfast and everything in that area was clean but we just can’t get the cleanliness of our bathroom go without saying something.

I was checking in late after working a wedding and my key to my room didn’t work, but the hostess was super helpful and came up to my room and let me in even after she was at the end of her shift. The room was lovely and had a lot more luxury than I was expecting. I wish I got to stay longer.

It was conventient to function we were attending. Staff was not particularly friendly. A number of light bulbs were missing from lamps that I wanted to use. Things seemed to be clean enough. I did like that the pillow cases were labeled soft and firm. Hated the height of the bed. I had to basically climb up on it to sit on it or lay on it. Ok for tall people, but not so much for those that aren't tall or for kids. The rooms should at least have something to step up on for the vertically challenged.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. Our room was nice except the shower tile to floor joints were not maintained and had mold and mildew inside the shower and outside on the corner. For the cost of the room the shower should have been maintained and free of mold/mildew.
