We stayed in 16 where the heat was on in the bathroom at all times. The path to the breezeway needs pretty high fencing for aesthetic and liability purposes. New a/cs would certainly be in good taste as would flowers planted in the various beds. As a lark member, you are getting there, but need more work. Btw never found the area in the photo site with couches. 🤔

suite at coonamessett

I don't have any thing to say about bed comfort. Bed was fine. Only had 'continental breakfast' provided which was ok, nothing special. We had a village suite -- the sitting room had a pervasive, musty smell. Not pleasant. I suggest better lighting, signage and directions to stairway to the set of village suites descending to pond. Very difficult to determine how to safely walk around and through building. Signage poor, and unlit.

I have a small dog and had a pet friendly room. The room was at the end of a series of steps. I am 79 years old and this was very difficult for me. Parking was too far away and I struggled with just an overnight bag and a bag for my dog. I don’t think I will come again, even though I had previously been here there must be a way of accommodating, an older person who may have a dog in a room that is accessible without many stairs and accessible to your car for the last two days I have had bad back pain and I know it’s because of this This policy you have of using this particular room. I also feel I was overcharged based on what I received. The only nice person I met was Marissa the reception girl, but I don’t think it was in her power to help us.
