This property is used by a lot of construction workers. Muddy entrance and stairwells. No drinking cups in rooms for water or coffee. There were mold spots on ceiling of shower. Exhaust fan needs a good cleaning. Carpet in room has seen its better days. It had multiple snags. How long would it take to clip them off? Stairwell carpets were stained and dirty. Sidewalk drain had a large portion missing. Tripping/falling hazard for sure! Multiple places the brick veneer was falling off of building and just laying there on end of building. This property could be SO much nicer if only someone would be put some TLC into it.

Fine staff, but felt like everything was sticky

No toilet paper or seat covers in lobby bathroom. Overall cleanliness was bad- it looks like they may have had construction people staying there and recent rains made the place a mess- chairs were cloth and stained and dirty in the breakfast area- all the tables were dirty, probably understaffed. They staff themselves were no issue.

Our queen suite was great. Clean!! Bed was compfy! Can’t say anything negative! Breakfast was usual. Eggs, pancakes, bacon, potatoes breads. Very good.

Homicide?

Well at almost midnight flipping out the fold out bed and finding a mattress that looks like a homicide was not good. Then to walk down to the front desk and ask for a new mattress. Reply was we are booked we don’t have anything just lay a sheet over it….we packed up and left after midnight. Not pleased in any way

I was willing to overlook the obvious price gouging due to the wrestling tournament as this old, dirty, stained mattress, tiny ass room was definitley not worth $250 per night. However, I cannot let go of the fact that we were told a manager would call us twice, which never happened- and then we were told the manager could not be contacted as she was off. The front desk told us there was nothing she could do since her manager wasn't there. What business in customer service doesn't have a manager available? While we were at the desk, several people checked out with complaints about their rooms such as doors not locking, etc. Apparently, based on other reviews, this is par for the course at this property and the manager Krista has numerous complaints. They need new management asap.
