Other than 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels & 2 tiny bars of soap - there were no amenities. Had to ask the front desk staff fir a coffee maker, hair dryer. A suggestion for future short stay guests - could the hotel have these in the room when the guest checks in? It saves the front staff from apologizing for the lack of these amenities.

It’s a clean no frills place . Need to request shampoo and conditioner and blow dryer because they are not in the room. Only coffee or tea is offered. Good clean stay for the price however sleep wasn’t great due to loud night walker over head could hear every footstep .

Terrible cleanliness, overpowering bad smells

I booked this hotel based on photos of clean, nice looking rooms on the internet. Upon arrival that was not the case. When I checked in I was given keys to our room, upon entering the hotel room I found it was not clean. That was okay, honest mistake. I went back down and let the staff know and was given keys to a new room. upon entering the room a smell of sweat, body order, Mudd, was over powering. This room was ‘cleaned by housekeeping’. The hallways and elevators had a terrible smell and had dried mud all over them. I spent 5 minutes total in my room and called a different hotel, booked a new room and left. I will never stay there. I would not recommend this hotel.

The check-in took about 20 minutes because the computer was giving the staff some issues. I’m sure normally it would not take so long. The room is clean and did not smell. The outside had some foul odor and not related to the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is pretty dated. Hotel furnishings are in dire need of being replaced. The worst part was how loud it was. You can every step, conversation and tv that is upstairs or in the hall. I had to be up at 4 for a flight and slept poorly.
