First off I stayed there for over a week and didn't have Wi-Fi complained about it that's only done about it my girlfriend came over complaining about it they wouldn't do nothing so she complained to corporate and she got borrowed for a complaining the corporate and me could not smoke in place so you have to go outside to smoke well instead of dirtying the property being rude I always brought my cigarette butts in with me and toss to my cup or wherever you know that way I wasn't turning his property he tried to show me a picture of it but I don't know why but I think he's trying to keep my deposit and I need my deposit back I'm on disability to last the money I have I thought I was going to get another night so I was in the back charging my phone and I like to do something I came back my bag was gone the manager stole it told me never come back or he'll call the cops so I want my deposit back immediately please

Everything was clean and orderly the room was clean and well kept it's just if you expect to stay at the Ritz that's not what it is but for the money and you need a place to sleep for the night it worked out fine. I had no issues.

The staff was great. The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, and had some brown pieces of something on them. We went to the front desk and got clean sheets. The carpet was beyond disgusting so we layed the dirty sheets down on the floor to have something to walk on. The room stunk really bad. The bathroom was good. The furnishing were good as well.

Good stay

I was a bit surprised to find out upon arrival that the motel changed hands since my last visit and went to all non smoking rooms. It was booked as smoking and I wasn't notified of the change. That aside, it was a good stay. The new staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the pool heater wasn't working.
