Once the front desk attendant got off her personal call she was pleasant enough, but it felt disrespectful that she was on that call for much of the time while checking me in. The property is clean, well located and a decent value.

Our first night the music from the bar next door kept us up until 1 am we usually retire around 10. We were moved to another room. The breakfast was limited for free and what I purchased was horrible. The layout of the Hotel is very confusing. The carts for your luggage are small and hard to handle I dumped my whole load when I was leaving and some of it fell off when I was entering. The parking is difficult also you have to go up the street and make a right there is a big sign that says Church Parking Only and then a small sign which you cannot see at night that says Hotel Weyanoke parking. All in all I don't think I will be staying there again.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved everything about this hotel. It has not been kept up well and the amenities are not what they were. The door to my room was filthy, with hand prints and smudges. The bathroom was in poor condition. The tile was not in good shape and the sink surround was rusting. The beds were very comfortable and the room seemed clean. The towels and bathrobes were very nice. Breakfast was OK. I drink decaf coffee which was not available. The sandwich was good the first day but not the second day. The second day it had a steamed "scrambled egg" square, instead of a real fried egg. The staff were not interested in being helpful. I felt like I was in a generic low end hotel rather than a charming boutique hotel.
