Front desk associate on Monday morning is a complete fail. Don’t stay there if you need an hour late check out. I have arranged 12pm checkout 3 separate times as I have 11am conference call and travel to Manchester for business. I have been told no issues for the hour late check out. While on my conference call front desk has called the in room phone telling me check out is at 11 am and they are charging me additional fees. I have had to put my conference call on hold and deal with front desk call telling them this was previously scheduled and approved. They say we have no record of request. Very disappointing and plenty of other properties that will accommodate an hour late check out and put note in the system. Total embarrassment for me to have to tell my colleagues I need to step off the conference call to deal with front desk calling me to vacate room. Also, tv didn’t have ABC, some outlets didn’t work, found empty Gatorade bottle under chair and microwave was broken. Other than all above the other staff members were very nice. Unfortunately I wouldn’t give them my business going further due to the annoying interruption 3 times while on business calls which I called hotel property directly to request the hour late check out in which was supposedly approved. Embarrassing and completely unacceptable. I found another property that gave me 2pm checkout with no issues at all.

The staff was efficient and helpful. Tea and cofee all day. A pleasant experience near the airport.

It was great

Helpful staff and beautiful grounds. This hotel is our go to when we travel to the area. The rooms are clean, spacious, and even have an electric fireplace to warm up in the winter. Highly recommend. The adjoining restaurant is also nice.

Had an issue with WiFi front desk addressed it immediately and resolved the issue
