Staff seemed pleasant and accommodating. Bed was comfortable., but the hallways and elevators smelled of pot most of the time and it just had a creepy feel once we passed out of the lobby.

I’m not positive why this hotel is even still running. It’s extremely old, and outdated - and it shows in every crack, peeled up carpet and nasty-ness. The tv/cable cut in and out all evening, the first floor was apparently an immigrant or homeless station?! When we tried to find the breakfast area (which is gross/cold/outdated and looks like a jail yard) we found ourselves down a hallway. When we got to the end there was guy looking at camera screens. Every room had bunk beds and rules posted. It’s either for homeless, or immigrants. No signs anywhere saying don’t go down this hall. No apparent need to tell guests who are paying to stay. The pool was closed. The walls are paper thin - could hear the guy next door hacking up his lungs ALL NIGHT. Everything was just gross. Do not stay here. I would personally like a refund.

Hotel was old and tired. Room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator was a large dorm size fridge with separate freezer compartment TV was difficult to manage with remote but large size and had both Direct TV and Netflix capability. Sink was stopped up when we arrived and we had to plunge it ourselves. One of the bedside lights was out. I requested it to be fixed but no one ever came. Hotel is right off I91 highway. It felt like our room was in the breakdown lane! If you have to stay here request room on the side away from the highway.

Great stay at the Quality Inn!

Another great stay at this Quality Inn for a trip to Six Flags. Check in was quick, the man at the desk was friendly, and I got a 5th floor room as requested. I was in room 509, a 2 queen, and it was clean, comfortable beds, 4 pillows on each bed, and overall was quite pleasant. The room only had 1 chair and was missing the table however. Bathroom was clean, some small rust spots on ceiling brackets holding the drop ceiling, and I was missing a towel for the floor outside the shower, so had to use a bath towel instead. Good water pressure and very hot water! Breakfast was the usual here, but the young woman working the breakfast was frequently tending to items, restocking, and everything was always full! She was wonderful! For a Sunday in October, the room was a great value and I will certainly stay again when visiting Six Flags! My last visit, I stayed at the Blue hotel next door, which was fantastic, but more expensive this visit, and Quality Inn offers free breakfast which is nice!

The facility is grimy and in need of updating. The room was dank and the sliding glass door window was clouded over with age and hard to open/close. The bathroom was okay, but not perfectly clean around the sink/doorway where there was toothpaste or soap splatter. The breakfast room was really dingy and the floor was sticky both days. The food was typical for that kind of breakfast: hot stuff sitting in the warmer too long and the rest was average: toast, bagel, yogurt cup, etc. There was no pool as had been advertised as being open through December (covered, enclosed pool attached to the hotel) which was the only reason I chose this property in the first place. Would not recommend due to the overall grimy appearance of all areas and overuse of air fresheners to try to cover up the damp smell.

I booked this hotel July 4th weekend and when we came it looked nothing like the pictures and was very dangerous looking. I rebooked for this past weekend not realizing it was the same hotel, seeing great reviews on Expedia. I googled the address the day before and saw a bunch of negative reviews on Google and 4 reviews in the last 2 months for bed bugs from different reviewers. The hotel would not refund my money and I rebooked another hotel. Expedia needs to show reviews like bed bugs and additionally a hotel that has bed bugs should not be allowed on expedia until they show evidence of cleaning the place and that the situation has been remedied. I drove past it twice on my trip and looks just as derelict as it had previously. Expedia needs to put up front reviews that are negative up front.

Great hotel for a cheap night passing through town

Over all great stay. Looking for a decent place to overnight traveling back home from a vacation. Check in process was easy and greeting immediately with a friendly staff member who appeared to be training but still very efficient at their job. We were giving directions to the elevators and went up to our room. The room was clean the furniture inside had some wear and the desk had some damage along with the night stand. Beds were surprisingly comfortable yet bouncy. A single king or even single queen optioned room would have been great but 2 queens just mean more room to spead out. The batroom was large, bright and clean there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no body wash it seemed that was on the wall by the sink for whatever reason. I always bring my own however so that didnt affect me or my wife. Room seemed quiet aside from the batroom where I could hear the neighbors activites and the door to the balcony(which was about big enough to fit 2 people standing) The breakfast was not a strong point for me. But others seemed to enjoy it. Overall if i had to stay here again for a single night I would.
