There’s apparently a dorm on the first floor. Could not get a properly coded key card. Balcony door was unable to be closed or locked, and the security bar was missing. Woken up at 3:00am by a roach crawling on me. When the front desk was alerted to the presence of roaches they said, “That’s not good”. That was the only response. Avoid this place.
My bed mate for the visit.

Breakfast never had juice or cold water available. Not everyone drinks coffee. They could have put even a water pitcher out. Supposedly a smoke free hotel. Saw 2 different rooms on their balconies smoking and hacking up a lung. Plus every time my heat kicked on it smelt like smoke.

The gentleman at the desk who greeted us was delightful. He had been there on a previous visit ,and we remembered him. We shared a few stories. The room was very clean and nice. Had everything we needed. The breakfast the next morning was great with the young woman seeing to everyone and everything --also so helpful, pleasant and nice. We will be boking again in the Spring for another event Thank you! So happy to have found this place! Expedia is also wonderful to go through ! Domn't hesitate!
