Visit to Site and Sound Lancaster PA

This Hotel was so clean, quiet, and close to Site and Sound Theater. The price was fantastic and the bed was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed pillow…wished I had brought mine from home!!! I would absolutely stay here again when we travel to Lancaster!!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and the free breakfast was a bonus and delicious. Only issue is that location is tough to get in and out of as it’s hidden under a bridge. Be careful it’s easy to miss.

Overall very clean, AC works great has self service laundry on site, ice machine and good coffee. I would stay again. I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower! Water was barely running. Also got charged double fees but was told they going to fall off automatically and I got my receipt for the proper amount. We will see..

The property was just ok. I won't stay there again since they do allow dogs. The upholstered chair in our room had obviously not been cleaned because there was a toe nail clipping and dog hair on in. Called the front desk and the young gentleman was kind enough to come up and clean it for us. Breakfast was just ok. Mostly all carb choices.

This property was originally booked as Hawthorne Suites but changed is name to Lancaster Suites and didn't inform us and it was harder to find because of that. The property is dated and needs an upgrade but overall clean and satisfactory. Our housekeeper Shawna was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was available every day. The beds were comfortable and got a really great night of sleep

I liked the set-up of the room with space to relax, work or have a snack in addition to a generous sized bathroom and comfy bed. Most staff nice and helpful. Eggs - scrambled and hard boiled, yogurt, chipped beef, carb options, juice, coffee and tea offered for breakfast. NO BUSINESS CENTER OR AVAILABILITY TO GET ANYTHING PRINTED! Suggested (at 8:30pm) that I go find a local library or something. Could stand to vacuum more thoroughly and had a few pesky ants, but generally clean and comfortable. Would stay there again or recommend.

A nice stay

It was a nice stay. The name changed after we booked and the gps still went by the old name but there was a sign with the new name on the outside (maybe a courtesy call before hand to give a heads up), but they didn’t affect our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. He had to come fix our remotes in the room. It was a nice stay.
