BEWARE! This hotel with RIP YOU OFF! The management does not work with people who have travel delays and will steal your money! We were looking for a nice hotel with a pool for the last leg of a long trip. We chose the Best Western Paradise Inn. But on the trip we were delayed through no fault of our own due to a traffic mishap which resulted in a 24-hour delay. We contacted the hotel. They would not rebook our stay for the next day and said they would charge us a full cancellation fee. We then called Expedia, who we booked the hotel with. They said it was the hotel's policy to not allow refunds, even if you were just delayed a day. We called the hotel directly and spoke with the front desk person who said he was the manager and then another person who said he was the General Manager. I asked if we could just stay 24 hours later. No, they blamed Expedia. And around and around we went. Mind you, I wanted to say, just 24 hours later. Of course the General Manager would book us another day but charge us full price. I even called Best Western corporate. They said it was this hotel's policy. So basically we ended up paying for a night's stay when we didn't even get to stay here! No apology, no flexibility. All the other hotels along our trip were fine and happy to accommodate us. So, I do not recommend booking at this hotel.
