Asked for king size bed. First room curtains don’t work, second room heat doesn’t work. Last room two queen bed. I asked staff if they can get me king size as requested. They said sorry this is all we have. A manager will contact me next day. On checkout I explained everything and they said Managment is in training they will contact me. A week later no call no email. Will never go back to this hotel.

I also must mention that the location is conveniently located near to the interstate, shopping and eatery. I also felt safe returning late evenings after all day visits to see my father in the hospital. The front desk staff would show concern by asking how my father was doing and they even offered sincere condolences as i would be coming and going to prepare funeral arrangements for my grandmother. Although i was in town, away from home for a sad occasion, the entire staff made me feel at home. I would like to say THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

This was an nice, clean hotel, I would love to give it a perfect rating, but unfortunately, we had to fly home a day early due to a family emergency and when I paid for 3 nights but checked out a day early, they wouldn’t refund the extra night that we didn’t stay due to booking through Expedia supposedly.
