4 bedroom, 2 bath 1600 square foot Munsel lakefront home with dock

Munsel Lake Landing is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1600 square foot lake front home. It has it's own boat dock and is located on Munsel Lake, just 4 miles from the center of Florence, and just 1/2 mile from the Ocean Dunes Golf Links Course. If you hate those windy summer days at the beach enjoy yourself on a wind protected lake.

This historic home was built in 1949 by the owners father, and all the wood was milled by the owners father in his lumber mill. Which includes Hemlock, Western Cedar, Flat Grain Pine and Chinquapin. It has been renovated and updated over the years. To include new windows and doors, a large master bedroom, and a second bathroom plus a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. . It has it's own private dock. Launch your boat at the public ramp and then park it at the dock for the duration of your stay. No RV or ATV trailer parking is permitted, due to the narrow road to access the house and the availability of parking.

The living room, dining room and kitchen all open onto the patio with fantastic views of the lake and a marvelous outdoor living space. There is a glass topped range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a full size washer and dryer and a wood burning, fireplace with insert. There is also a super small 1 car garage.

In the primary bedroom you'll find a king bed, a large closet and a desk in case you need a quiet place to get work done. It is on the lake side of the house so it has stunning views.

There are 3 more bedrooms 1 with built in twin bunk beds, 1 with a queen bed, and one with twin beds. It sleeps a maximum of 8 due to the septic system.
