Awful stay, had to book last minute due to the snow and ice storm so we could be close to the airport. This storm was well forecasted yet staff did no work in the car park. Took an hour to get out of the car park due to no preparation of gritting or snow ploughing. Staff did not offer to help and watched whilst everyone struggled. Surrounding hotels had gritted and used snow ploughs . Bathroom was a disgrace in the room, the bath was unusable due to the enamel pealing off inside the tub in big chunks, shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was a joke, no cold drinks on offer at all. No fruit, just some bread, stale muffins and waffle batter mix. How this has an 8.0 rating is beyond me!!

We have stayed here many times. Most reasonably priced decent hotel in NKY/Cincy airport area. They won't let you leave your car when you fly out and they don't provide shuttle service, but other than that we really like them.
