Every room has an ocean view. I kept the sliding glass door open most of the time to hear the waves. Great people on the front desk and restaurant. Simply love the city of Florence in general ❤️

Gorgeous location on the beach in Florence. Fantastic view from second floor room with balcony. Walk directly out onto beautiful beach. Clean kitchen and bathroom newly painted with new fixtures. Bed was comfortable although thin—bring an extra blanket. Check in area needs updating and no drinks or snacks available, but overall a very nice stay.

It was a great place to stay, right on the beach. Room was a bit small, but clean. The soap dispenser was empty when I checked in. I brought my own soap so it wasn’t an issue. It would be great if the on scene restaurant was better. I ate at the restaurant and had to order at the register and pay first. My food was delivered and was good. There are no waiters to assist once your food is delivered. In the morning the coffee is self service, if you’re dining out. I believe for such a nice hotel, maybe a full service restaurant would be great. Thank you.

The location and scenery were great. Easy access to the beach and the room was nice and clean. We had some trouble locating our room in that we were not given good directions. The food in the kitchen was excellent, but the restaurant was not staffed very well. We had to wait in line a long time to order. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Clean room, spacious kitchen, great view of the beach from the balcony (we were on the 3rd floor). Only minor complaint was they didn't let us know at check-in that the elevator was out of order closest to our room.

You pay for the view

I stayed for 2 nights the only thing I can 100% say I loved was the ocean view and beach access! What I liked was they gave me a voucher for the restaurant and the staff were friendly! The pool/ hot tub area was so nice and open for adults only from 10pm to 12am What I absolutely did not like was the room smelled awful when I first arrived, the thermostat heat was only thing that could be adjusted or turn off it was hot and felt airless and only way to cool down was opening the sliding door which did not have a screen door, the bed was so hard I could not sleep, the “front” door had a gap so big I could see the bright light from the hallway my room was in making it so bright in my room ( I hate nightlights so much) the tv was not a “ smart” tv and was spectrum there was only 2 channels that had shows I could tolerate but still was not good and the microwave was sounded awful. I don’t know if I’ll ever stay there again. It depends on if I ever want to pay insane amount just for the view!
