Great room!

We stopped for one night as we were in the middle of a long drive from NJ to FL. The hotel was very nice, and the room was fabulous. Very spacious, clean, and recently updated. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay off of I-95!

Great stop not too far off of I-95! Staff was super friendly, especially our check-in receptionist and the bartender that evening! Food and drinks were great! Shower was wonderful and beds were comfy. Very dog friendly which was great for the pups! Downtown Florence was cute and there are plenty of other restaurants and shops within walking distance. I read complaints about the proximity of the train tracks and noise, but we did not notice it at all during our stay.

Customer service isn't their specialty unfortunately. We stayed at the Tapestry down the street a week ago and the difference in service was shocking. Hotel was good. Clean and a nice room. But if you are into being treated well I would stay elsewhere.

My check-in was slow. The from desk person made several mistakes and was neither helpful nor professional. She was not dressed in business attire which made the hotel seem amateurish. My one-night stay was a Sunday, March 2. Every dining place downtown was closed including the facilities at the hotel. Boring but safe and clean. The fitness room was great but the parking area is a bit away from the building.

Our Favorite layover on our way to Florida

This is our normal stopping point on our way to Florida. We have been staying here since it opened and have been very pleased. It is clean, safe, convenient. The staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean, well designed, and functional.

The property needs updating. AC did not work in my room. It was freezing! Worst night of trying to sleep I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly and The ones that were at work tried everything to fix the heat issue. Maintenance wasn’t on duty. They didn’t fix the issue until the next afternoon. Don’t think I’ll be starting here again. Wouldn’t recommend

Only one flaw

Everything about it was very good. Except the parking. It's a minor inconvenience - and I get the limited options downtown - but it was the only negative to our stay. A hike like that could be a challenge to the elderly, infirmed, or even to everybody in extreme weather. Precipitation, sub-freezing temps, high humidity, or heavy rain. Glad it wasn't one of those for our stay.

Good location but Poor service

I chose this hotel because it has onsite restaurant. I found out that due to shortage in staff, the restaurant was closed. I guess that applied to the front desk. I could not find any front desk personnel when I was checking out on Thursday morning. Nice location but it lacks service.
