Used to stay here all the time when I visit but the cleanliness of it has been going downhill. I might give it one more chance. If not any better next time; I won’t be back. The rooms and grounds really need to be cleaned. The rooms are never ready at 3:00 pm anymore. Asked me to come back in an hour. I hate to say all this because I really used to like the convenience and location. The bed was comfortable. Thanks and good luck.

The staff were friendly, but this hotel is in terrible condition. The hallways reek of smoke, the carpet is peeling, and there are burn marks on almost every surface. The walls had strange organic stains, and I saw around ten live roaches and other bugs in my room. Easily the grossest hotel I’ve ever been in.

The room smelled of mold and smoke. The window latch was broken and would not close. There were bugs in the room. The paint was peeling off the walls and the bathtub was leaking, had rust stains and sounded as if we’d fall through the floor any minute.

Hotel was dirty and poor management. There were people literally living there not guest staying. Breakfast was inadequate even for a continental breakfast. Wasn’t open at 6:30 when they were supposed to be. Mattress was old. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Bathroom hardware wasn’t fully functioning and carpets were dirty in stairs and hallways. Management had kids in the office and they were eating pizza off the reception counter.

First I’d like to say we are very low maintenance, no frills people. Our house is not immaculate and we did not go in expecting a Hilton. All we hoped for was a clean room to rest our heads. First walk into the room and flick the light: Main light was strobing like a haunted house so we had to use lamps only. Hallways reeked of smoke and our room smelled of it too. Stains on walls and floors. Looked like ear wax, food, who even knows. Cockroach alive and some type of other bug dead. Toilet seat not fully connected to the seat. Sink clogged. Toilet paper roll had stains on it. Walls were thin. AC made a strange noise all night. We would have felt better pitching a tent somewhere and camping to breathe clean air or sleeping in our rental car would have felt cleaner. Front desk lady was nice but that was basically where the goodness ended. Do not recommend if you want a clean stay.
