I paid extra for a refundable room becuase you don’t know what rooms look like before you go there. We got to this place and the rooms had what looked like excrement on the chair, the beds had stains on the sides, the bathrooms were dirty, there was holes in the wall and the outlets were open allowing my child to put his fingers in, we left the room 5 mins after getting the key and worst part is I wasn’t allowed my refund. I am very disappointed with Expedia and how I was taken advantage of by paying for a room before seeing it.

Terrible experience with this hotel, I’m a regular customer. I’m a truck driver, last night I was 30 minutes away from the hotel and have to be out of the road due to my driving hours so I called and asked the receptionist if I was able to park with my truck and trailer and was informed I was able too. I booked the room and when I got there I was not able to park because there was not enough space so I couldn’t stay and requested it a refund and the hotel refused to refund me even though I email the hotel explaining the situation

Horrendous!!!

1st room heater didn’t work and towel bar was broken off wall. We had to repack & move. 2nd room wasn’t much better. It was also dirty & in terrible shape. Bathroom floor was disgusting & sticky. Floor by bed had something sticky & gross on it. Breakfast- all that was available was waffles, 3 bagels, a couple slices of bread, cereal & grape jelly. There was no butter or cream cheese, no fruit, no milk or cream. Nothing as advertised. There weren’t even napkins! I was told to use tissues! The worst experience we ever encountered!

We did not stay at the red roof. We were not happy with the area around the hotel. I took out insurance so that I could cancel with no fee. However, the clerk said that I would have to contact hotels.com and that’s what I’m doing now.
