Not worth the price. Nothing special.

Pictures are very misleading. This is a roadside motel. Nicer than some, but still. The ‘lodge’ area is about 10x20 with just some chairs. No views, so being on the river not a benefit. The lady and breakfast was lovely.

Unique view of Siuslaw and bridge. Room was spacious and clean with hot tub that worked good. Comfortable bed & with a large granite vanity & 2 sinks. Everything worked & Staff was genuine & helpful and personable. Great place to observe a winter storm. Right in the middle of old town Florence with lotsa good stores & restaurants. See you again soon!

Grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Used towels which were raggedy anyway. Could hear man coughing all night walls too thin. No blankets on bed just sheets. Very cold all night.

The room was fine and right on the river, which was very nice, although it was too cold to sit out on the deck. There is some noise from the bridge, but it didn’t bother me. They failed to stop the room with toiletries which was a little bit of a hassle. However, not having an iron and ironing board was a problem. I travel for work and depend on having them in the room.
