Good option in Floripa’s downtown

Good option in Florianopolis downtown. Hotel is comfortable, clean and the superior rooms have a great view facing the bay. There’s also a complimentary buffet breakfast which is really good. Overall I recommend.

The hotel used to be nice, but it’s old now, nothing like the photos. People are friendly and want to provide a good service, but the property definitely needs an update.

The hotel was decent. It wasn't super fancy and quite basic. However the pool was nice. The elevators were not great, but I guess it's not a big deal.

Hotel completamente fora dos Padroes Intercity! Barulho cedo das camareiras limpando e falando alto nos corredores e com Aspirador de po A Cama estava com areia assim como o Piso do quarto tambem Banheiro sujo com mofo no teto e nas paredes e com cabelos de outros hospedes pelo piso Colchao e Travesseiros horriveis estao velhos e fedidos. As toalhas parecem uma lixa. Cafe da manha sem muitas opcoes Estacionamento demorado so existem 60vagas para 120 quartos eh um Caos. Vc espera muito tempo pelo seu veiculo e muitos ficam la fora por nao terem espaço suficiente... Existem melhores opções nao perca seu dinheiro e seu tempo

Not good choice

Old hotel, rebuild but still in bad condition! Mold on the wall and roof on the toilet Near bus station, not good location bad neighborhood Room smelled so bad For that price you can get better hotel for sure!!!
