We enjoyed our stay, the room was great. The staff cleaned up a room early so we could check-in early (thanks). The only down side was the airport shuttle didn't run until 7:00 am which we didn't find out until we checked-in. That info was nowhere to find online. So we had to take an Uber to the airport.

Check in was pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. (Former Homewood Suites) Bed was uncomfortable (very firm). Ice maker on 3rd floor didn't work. Television did not have signal all morning until we were almost ready to check out. Most annoying- Do Not Disturb card on the door but twice the maid knocked on the door trying to see if we were gone and the second time opened the door as I was trying to get to the door to tell her we still in the room. Hotel was nice, but experience was not as it should have been.

I booked this “luxury suite” near the airport through Expedia, hoping for a comfortable honeymoon stay 10/11/25-10/13/25. Instead, it was one frustration after another. At check-in, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. We were given a full bed instead of the queen we paid for, and when I pointed it out, she snapped that she “just checks people in.” After some back-and-forth, she reluctantly switched our room but kept the same tone. Both rooms had non-working TVs; we ended up driving 25 minutes home to grab our own Fire Stick just to have working television. The in-room phones didn’t work, and there were no soap or shampoo dispensers as advertised. The first room had several hairs including pubic hairs on the bathroom wall. The pool was dirty with some algae and leaves, and the breakfast tasted stale despite being freshly prepared as we arrived about 20 minutes after breakfast opened up and some food was still steaming. No one explained where basic amenities were, and the front desk was often unattended. The only bright spot was the polite woman at checkout. Overall, the property felt outdated, unclean, and poorly managed. What should have been a simple honeymoon stay turned into repeated disruptions. I have been to many hotels in my life and I can say for sure I would not stay here again.

Great value and location

The location of the property is great! I believe the property is under some renovation and we were placed in a unit that has not been done. The room showed a good of wear, especially in the bathroom. The kitchen area counters were not clean and the faucet dripped. I would still stay again for the price.
