Grab the supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys, and take the 2-minute beach access path right to the sands of Folly Beach. During high season, the path leads to the most popular section of the beach by the pier where lifeguards are also on duty. Since the walk back and forth is so convenient, you can go back and forth from house to beach for breaks, snacks, and beverages. Don't forget to pack your sunscreen and get ready for day of fun in the sun!

Cottage Amenities
You can enjoy a refreshing rinse after a long day at the beach with the solar-powered outdoor shower and foot rinse. If you're a sunset lover, you can check the time and head to your favorite Folly location to catch the perfect view. And if you're staying in for the night, you can show off grill master skills and cook up a delicious dinner on the charcoal grill.
With a living room and an enclosed porch area, your guests can enjoy different interests at the same time. Some can play a game at the table, some can watch TV in the living room, while others relax and chat or read books in the sitting area of the sun porch. ** Folly Beach is a smaller residential community with full-time residents and VERY strict and new short-term rental ordinances. My place is very convenient to downtown and the beach, but also among residents. It's perfect for multi-generation families, couples, laid-back friends, seniors, and business travelers, but not so much for the "here to party" groups. **
