This home (rented as one unit) is a duplex with separate entrances that are only accessed from outside and boasts private upstairs and downstairs living spaces; each with their own spacious fully equipped kitchens, living areas and 2 full baths. You will also enjoy the private screened porch and deck upstairs as well as the direct beach access just across the street 3 lots down. There is also fully fenced in backyard with fire pit. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Parking for this home is the grassy driveway area on the East Ashley side of the property and can accommodate 3/4 standard vehicles or a small boat and trailer (depending upon the size). There is a double gate on that side as well, but please do not park in the backyard as that is where the septic field is located and the weight of the vehicles can cause major damage; this is for emergency access only.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 12 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
