Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3BD/3BA (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a covered balcony. Amenities include 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators, and 4 public outdoor showers.
Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends, featuring an open floor plan that includes the newly renovated kitchen and appliances, dining room, and living room areas. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats, with an additional 4 at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a memory foam king bed and a full onsuite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) with access to the third full bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze!
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
