Enjoy the cool ocean breeze from the generous front porch or relax in the elegant backyard shaded by Live Oak trees.

Features:
Living Area: The home features two spacious living areas on the first floor, including a living room with heart pine floors, beach views, and a 50” Roku TV. French doors lead to the large front porch and deck.

Kitchen: Recently remodeled, the spacious kitchen includes a refrigerator, countertop beverage fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both Keurig and regular coffee makers. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
