Surprisingly wonderful quaint hotel and the back of the property faces a natural area. So, out of the window of our room we could see trees with no other structures, it was great. The bed was super comfortable and the front-desk staff were fantastic.

My room was clean, and the queen bed was super comfortable. I slept well and even the nagging pain I'd had in my back for two days was gone. The bathroom had spots of wear, but was very clean.

I was very disappointed with my stay at comfort inn suites! The refrigerator didn’t work . It took 2 days to receive a new one! The iron wasn’t working, they did bring another one right away. The elevator wasn’t functioning properly two times when I went to use it. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice at the front desk. The room service was nice . No issues. I asked to be compensated for the refrigerator issue but they said it was a third party booking and they couldn’t issue any credits or anything.

The room was very spacious and clean! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The young lady (Alina?) who worked at the Reception Desk was fantastic and extremely helpful… a GREAT asset to Comfort Inn! Our Direct TV service had gone down and she immediately came to our room to help! She went through a number of procedures (with a smile on her face) to get us back up and running! She was very respectful and very friendly too. We appreciated her expert and pleasant customer service abilities along with her offering to return and help us if needed! Hang on to this girl! Thank you!

This location was fantastic! I was traveling across the country with two cats (ESA) as I was moving to a different state and they were so accommodating and helpful. The facility is also very nice and great breakfast the next morning. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. If I ever find myself in Forrest City again, I would definitely stay at this location.
