Room was moderately clean, quiet. Breakfast did not have healthy choices, other than apples, whipped yogurt?, and eggs that are in bags that have a probable forever expiration date. Plastic utensils were very cheap and could hardly cut your waffle

Property is run down and getting worse. Obvious that very little maintenance/upkeep is being done. Dirty room, bugs in the corners, disgusting fridge with old food still in it, security door into the building that didn't even shut let alone lock, i could go on. Staff seemed nice, but housekeeping is severely lacking. Just not a nice property that has gotten run down.

Check-in staff so friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, and a Culver's close by for late night ice cream runs! We arrived at end of season so the carpet needed cleaning and there were some repairs to the bathroom that need attention, as mildew could become a problem. that being said, the staff deserve high praise, and the breakfast waffles were yummy. We kept the rooms while traveling to other areas of Wisconsin, and felt totally safe in leaving our items in the rooms. Good times!!

Clean hotel and parking area overall. Room was also clean. Convenient location and felt safe. Negative, though, that the extra entrance/exit door at the end of the building closest to the room we were in did not work as stated. There was a sign saying that a room key card was needed to enter the building, but that was not true - the door was unlocked anyway. So we were able to get in there from outside without problem, but then we were unable to open the door from the inside in the hallway to go back outside. It's like it was locked from the inside, but open for people to enter freely from outside. The staff at check in were friendly, a trainer and trainee. Lady at check out the following morning was fairly friendly as well.

Washer n dryers, ice machines we're out of order. It was dirty. Remotes didn't work for the TV. Pool had way too much chlorine in it that it burned my eye's. Got a bag of chips out of vending machine that were 3 months out of date. Listened to the people fight in the room next to us half the night. Ended up leaving at 2am. Couldn't watch TV couldn't sleep with all the noise. The person at the front desk didn't seem to care about anything. They just wanted to sit in the lobby n watch TV. I will never recommend or stay here again. Was a huge waste of money!

Had low expectations because property looked older and furnishings were pretty dated, but was pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff was super friendly, and while the room had a bit of a musty older hotel smell- it was very clean and comfortable. A perfectly nice over-night at a decent price.

Condition of property very dated,bathroom in dire need of upgrade. Overall cleaniness poor. Continental breakfast ,poorest excuse for one I have experienced. Would not recommend staying here until major overall takes place.
