Sam was excellent and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We checked into a room that was not cleaned, the hot tub was broken, and the kids water area was not functioning (or we could not find how to start the water.) The pool water was warm and spacious. We just had a rough start of the trip.

We were helping a friend @ the Jefferson Swap meet. This facility was a perfect place- quiet, clean , and comfortable. The desk clerk directed us to a local restaurant that was just wonderful! Our only negative was, that the hot breakfast was not attended to very well - things ran out in the first 15 min of serving. The selection was tasty for those who arrived first.

This place advertised that it had a lounge. It does, indeed, have a lounge, but it wasn't open and hadn't been in several months. They should NOT advertise what they do not have. Then, when we wanted to Uber to a local establishment (you know... being responsible), there was no uber there. This is not the hotel's fault, but I know I would never have booked this location had I known there was no lounge at the end of a long day.

Simple clean & friendly

We stayed for 1 night. Pull out bedding wasn’t very good. King bed was comfortable. Pool & breakfast was good. Water pressure great. Floor was quiet. Plenty of usb & outlets. 👍 Would stay again.
