I understand this is an older building and needed some work, although while there I noted they were doing touch ups. Which did not interfere with my stay.

I come here quarterly and as always treated very friendly by the staff. The room was clean. The only thing I have to say for the breakfast the waffle batter seemed watered down which did not work out for the final product. Still with that well worth it.

The room was dirty. There was mold in the coffee pot along with old grinds. There was schmutz in the toilet. A Gatorade bottle and make up brush under the bed, stains all over the sleeper sofa mattress and they obviously had t vacuumed well in a long time. The hot tub was green and filthy. We placed a “housekeeping service needed” sign on our door after the 1st morning and housekeeping never showed. We were only offered our pet deposit back when we complained. Will not stay here again.

Disappointed Travelers

Well, after checking in we entered a room that wasn’t cleaned, musty smell, beds weren’t made, dirty towels on the bathroom floors we backed out of the room and went back to the service desk. We were given another room to stay the night. This time the room was clean and no musty smell. However early next morning ready to take a shower…..no hot water!!! Called the front desk and was told they’ll restart the hot water. After waiting, the water was still cold. About after an hour the water was lukewarm. We wanted to check out as early as possible because we had a 9 hour drive back home, but the cold water delayed, we had to drive home all night.

It was very noisy with people doing donuts in the parking lot at 3 am next door. The room was dusty and the furniture was not in good shape. The elevator was dirty. I do not recommend and won't be staying here again!
