This is s 2/1 single family house. It was remodeled in 2020 and location is amazing, 5 min walk to the ocean and best beach in South Florida, Lauderdale by the Sea. The house is in downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. You have everything whithin 5 min of walking distance. If you come with your own transportation there is a free car parking in front of the house. We charge 10$ for the second car. Property sleeps up to 6 people. Has 1 twin bed, 2 queen and a couch . We offer coin laundry on the property . Ask us if you need coins. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has the best beach for diving after Key West in Florida.
The local pier is just a minute walk from the house and it is a perfect place to fish or await the sunrise.
Fort Lauderdale beach is 5 min away by car.
Miami beach is 40 min by car
Fort Lauderdale Airport is 15 / 25 min away from the property.
Port Everglades is 15/20 min away as well.
The house is fenced for privacy with live trees. Dogs can not be let unattended.

Modern cottage close to the beach and restaurants. Like others mentioned it could get a little noisy but wasn’t an issue in the back bedrooms. Tried to visit their cute Greek restaurant a couple times but they are busy so I’d recommend making a reservation. Overall would recommend

Lovely Cottage

I had a wonderful stay in a Lovely Beach Cottage. It was in a great location close to the Beach Restaurants. Lauderdale by the Sea is a lively area with lots to do. The Cottage is very modern & clean. Denise couldn’t be a better Host. I highly recommend this property & will hopefully be welcomed back.

Quick getaway

We had to come to Fort Lauderdale last minute for my daughter’s first National Judges cup for gymnastics. Hotels were pricey & my girls wanted to be close to the beach, we always wanted to be within walking distance of all the cool stuff. This was an excellent pick, wasn’t too pricey (definitely better price than the hotels) was close to everything even the beach. The girls& I loved it. It was close nice & comfy, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Owner was super nice & friendly, I’d definitely stay there again.

Took a trip to Lauderdale By The Sea with my adult children to show them where they used to live. What a nice cottage and perfect place to stay. Check in was so easy, the place was so clean, and comfy beds. Walking distance to everything! Denise was wonderful!! Great location, cute place

Love staying here. The location is fantastic. That is with an easy walking distance of a great beach and a number of wonderful restaurants. We ate at Aruba a couple of times which was pretty spectacular sitting out on the sand under the palm trees at night. We highly recommend that you stay here.

Great location

Perfect location for a quick weekend in the Fort Lauderdale. Lauderdale at the Beach is a cute little town and this property puts you right within easy walking distance. The unit was clean and the manager was helpful.

Cute cottage in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea

Great location for accessing the beach and it’s 10-15 minutes up Commercial Dr to watch InterMiami play. It is right on Ocean Drive, so traffic noise is a thing, but the bedrooms are in the back, so the noise did not disturb sleep.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part at this cottage. The downside was the TV didn't always work and the Youtube app didn't always work either. While the Living room and kitchen were nice the bedrooms needed some updating as far as new sheets and covers. It was a little noisy as well. We had a good overall experience.

A small Gem

This place was perfect for us. About three minutes walk from the beach. Great Patio fully furnished and lit at night. TVs EVERYWHERE, including the patio. Be sure to visit the owners Greek restaurant nearby. Grilled octopus, grilled shrimp, calamari, great salads. We ate there three times. Had a wonderful stay.
