Nice getaway spot

We really enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed. Short and easy walk to the beach. We were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella from the Marriott. Good location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Our only complaint was the noisiness of the AC unit and multiple plans when we went to sleep. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Problems with the property

Property was listed as 'central air conditioning' but it was a window A/C. When window A/C ran in the front room it resulted in the TV having to be very loud. Spouse couldn't sleep in bedroom with loud TV.. To keep TV from being so loud we tried to close the bedroom door - then she didn't receive any A/C. We also ran the fan on stay that was in the property which was necessary. Property didn't say she had cable - but we couldn't connect our cable or even spectrum (might have been our lack of skill) so we couldn't see any current TV shows. First night of sleep we had a sink full of fruit flies in the bathroom sink. We had to have mgr on site spray. They did come promptly in the morning, Owner did send 2 invites for little get-together with renters which was VERY nice.

This property was extremely clean and accurately described. The pictures are accurate and the property is conveniently located to several restaurants and the ocean beach (Maybe a block?). I know that you are an easy 1 minute to the beach!! The communication from the property manager is quick, accurate, and perfectly timed for your trip. This location is the perfect getaway location!!
