The entire facility was spotless and the staff was super nice. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting area was great for watching a little TV before bed. My only complaint was not having plant-based milk in the breakfast buffet, so we had to go out for breakfast every day.

I rarely give reviews but I feel like this time I have to. The carpet had crumbs and what looked like raisins on it and there was a bottle cap on the office chair. There were smudges and fingerprints on just about every shiny surface, including the flip latch for the door. The worst part even after all of that was the shower. Old hair rubber bands were in the drain, and it didn’t even have a shower door! It was half glass and then open. Each time we showered the floor of the bathroom got completely soaked. The bath at didn’t do any good. Breakfast was barely above room temperature too. Next time we cruise out of Ft Lauderdale we will find a better hotel. Never going back.

The room was acceptable. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and were given a room on the first floor basically behind the check in desk. I was too tired to ask for a change of room but the bathroom floor was sticky. I expected they would come in for cleaning in the morning anyway but was disappointed in that there is no housekeeping service for 3 days.

The photos were deceiving. The pool was small, not clean and minimal seating and honestly looked closed. The food was not good and the shower floor wasn’t intact. It is also not in a good location to do anything if you do not have a car.
