Breakfast was ok. Only issue was that parking was hard to find. Ladies in the Breakfast area were very polite and friendly. Front desk personnel was helpful. Would stay again.

Shuttle from airport took patience but worked. Transfers to cruise port the following day was a disaster! Ended up with no transfer/shuttle. Bad communication. Room was clean but common areas such as hallways were very dirty. Breakfast was great. Food staff was great. Front desk awful!

The agent at the front desk that assisted me was wonderful. I wish everywhere i go people would be so nice. Stay was just a quick overnight trip between flights. Everything was fine except there were several hairs on the bathroom floor. I was too tired to ask for a different room but was kind of a turn off.Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The Layout of the room is very nice. We left too early to have breakfast. I'm not sure we would stay here again, their check in process leaves a lot to be desired. We requested an early check in and we were put on a waiting list. It was cruise disembarkation day, so I know there were quite a few cruises in port that day. We were told we would get a call, which after 4 hrs never occured. So we went back up to the front desk and found out a room was available. The front desk as to answering calls was totally absent. My husband called 3 times down to the front desk and no one answered and even tried calling the out the outside number and no one answered. So he walked down to the front desk and there were people there and he discussed the issue of the phone with the night manager. He called again, and they realized their phone ringer was off. This is not good. It is in a great location and I would stay in the location again but not at this hotel.
