My stay was great. The person at the front desk was kind. The room was spacious with comfy beds. There are fun things to do within minutes like Dania Beach Pier and a casino just two minutes from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Short stay hotel

Great hotel for a quick trip. Clean, secure main door locked at night need a key or to be buzzed in, has a 24 hour coffee station in the lobby. And there is a small parking garage $10 a night. Close to airport.
I want this chair it was so comfy. Our room had all hardwood floors.

Customer service was terrible. When I came to check in, front desk did not show any acknowledgement. When she finally did, I was told that my room was not ready. I was 15min early so I told her that I will come back at 3pm. Her response was, “even though check in is at 3pm, it doesn’t mean that the room will be ready by 3pm”. Even after coming back around 3:06pm to check in, the room was still not ready and the lady was giving bad attitude for no reason. Poor customer service.

The location and property where great. The staff were fantastic They are very personable always smiling and very helpful. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower wasn't strong enough

Short But Sweet

Everything and Everyone was amazing from the front desk staff, to housekeeping right down to the shuttle driver. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good a variety to choose from I will definitely be staying here on my next trip.
