Room was excellent: clean and quiet. Staff mostly attentive. Great location. WiFi was abysmal and had to go to lobby for service using iPhone or laptop. Streaming to tv requires downloading an app and subscription to membership. Also, if you’re an early riser, no place to breakfast and sit before 8am.

The staff was super nice, rooms very clean, amenities were outstanding and super close to the beach. The hotel also offered chairs and umbrella on beach. Valet parking available with quick and professional service. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this hotel.

We had such a great stay at the Conrad. The location alone is incredible—right on the beach with views that honestly never get old. I also want to mention the lady at the front desk because she really helped set the tone for our whole trip. We had paid extra for a room with a view but were placed on a lower floor at first, and she truly listened and helped fix it without making us feel like a bother. It took all the stress away and made everything so much better. The room was cleaned daily, everything restocked, and the hotel makes beach days super easy with complimentary towels, umbrellas, and loungers. And the beach food and drink service is such a perk. But the real highlight of our stay—honestly the star of the whole trip—was Adam, the beach waiter. People like him are rare. He wasn’t just doing his job; he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great vacation. He was hardworking, attentive, and always brought the best energy. You could feel his positivity every day, and it really made the atmosphere on the beach so much better. It’s people like Adam that make you remember a trip long after it’s over. We really appreciate the Conrad and especially the amazing staff. Highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be back!
