The toilet made a terribke noise, we had to close the door. No milk for the tea. I tiny creamer packet. Not impressed with check in. So slow, and the phone kept diverting her attention. They had cancelled my reservation, tried to ring, but we were travelljng for 24 hrs. Why did they nit email???

This is one of my favorite hotels when I travel to FLL. From the parking attendant to the front desk personnel, professionalism is sensed from everyone that works here. The rooms are SUPER quiet. I always reserve a king bed and it is one of the most comfortable beds. This feels like a 5 star hotel. The pool and work out gym are both awesome.

The hotel exceeded my expectation in overall service, cleanliness and cruise port location. Negatives: no walkable food or shopping nearby; for seniors bed is too high off the ground, and toilet seat is too low (almost at ground level). Highly recommend.
