Came here for one night before our cruise. The hotel offers 24hr free Hotel shuttle. About 6 min to the main shopping area. No nearby walkable restaurants though. Hotel lobby is on the smaller side. Room is of good size with a softer bed if you have an extra person. Room, bathroom, the sheets,and towels are clean. Breakfast is included from 6am-11am. I am satisfied with my stay and would come win the future.

Good rates, terrible customer service, not staff, likely the overall Corp. Used expedia , paid and at front desk they saw all that and questioned it as they said it was third party. so maybe it’s not the plaza, but expedia, finally checked in fine.

Great service desk staff. Shuttle ran 30 min late which was odd as it was first run of the day (3am). Pool was nice for a short stay. Lobby is incredibly small.

We reserved a handicap accessible, and it was not. I’m sorry, a bathtub cannot be accessible even though they put bars around it. I still couldn’t use it. And the fact that the pool closes at dust is wrong. You need to show the hours of service. I wouldn’t have booked this place otherwise. Kiki’s was great btw.

Great place to stay close to the airport. We selected this property because airport shuttle listed. After waiting for 30 minutes, we called to make sure that we were in the proper location only to be told that we needed to call to get the shuttle to come get us even after giving flight info with our reservation & never being told of this requirement. We asked for shuttle and was told it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we jumped in an uber & was on the property within 10 minutes. Bar staff was kind enough to get us appetizers otherwise we would have had to leave the property for dinner. We will be staying elsewhere on our next trip simply because of lack of compassion from front desk as we were traveling with my 75 year old mother.

The property only had 1 working elevator for 11 floors of people. The entrance and lobby is very uninviting. The on-site Mexican restaurant wasn't really Mexican, maybe 3 items. A cheese quesadilla was very expensive and it wasn't even crispy. Very dated decor throughout entire hotel.

Chaotic

We arrived 10 minutes before the check in time. Reception staff most unhelpful, dismissive and rude when we wanted to leave our cases in a secure area. We were told to leave them in a public lobby area. As a long standing IHG member, we expected better service. Staff didn’t know if they were coming or going, it was total chaos.
