stayed at your hotel from April 29 to May 4, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues throughout the stay.
Day 2: There was a power outage from 10 PM to 8 AM, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable overnight. It was difficult to rest properly under these conditions.
Day 3: I got stuck in the elevator, and it took quite a while before anyone arrived to assist. This caused a lot of anxiety, especially since I’m claustrophobic. Later that morning, I called the front desk to request coffee and creamer. I was told it was too early and to come downstairs. However, when I did, the front desk staff said they would send it to my room—this lack of clear communication was frustrating.
Day 4: The air conditioning stopped working from 3 PM until 9 AM the next morning. Again, the room became uncomfortably hot, adding more stress to an already difficult stay.
While I was offered a $100 credit, I feel that it was not enough given the number of problems and the discomfort I experienced. A refund would have been more appropriate considering the inconvenience and aggravation.
I hope management seriously considers this feedback to improve the experience for future guests.
