Nice newer hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable, high-end linens, and I loved the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. The only complaint I have is out of 2 elevators only 1 was working...and that one made this loud moaning/groaning noise every time it moved. I heard someone at breakfast describing the sound as a loud whale call. Oh, and a 2nd complaint is why are they charging $10 for parking? This is not in a downtown area with limited space...it's the suburbs for crying out loud.

Television did not work, water pressure in shower was a trickle, hallway was noisy with people and kids running through hallway. Called front desk for all and I was told it was New Year’s Day and they had none to come to room or go upstairs to 7th floor to quiet down whomever was making the noise in the hallway. I also booked the room through “Hotels. Com” and the website stated parking included. When I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking. I told them the website including parking. They stated they had to charge me $10.70. They placed a double charge on my credit card for the room, plus $110.70 for the parking and a hold of $158.70 which they could not tell me why that was a hold. A room I paid for in advance was charged a hold of over $750. The room cost was $258.70, which was already too high. I will never stay with your hotels again and tell everyone I know about my experience.

The staff were nice. The property was pretty clean. The parking situation was lackluster.
Very annoying. Boats were taking up parking spaces. Too close to the line to take the chance to park overnight.
I had difficulty finding parking in the middle of the night. I didn't want to take a chance parking next to the boat, as it was right on the line of the parking space. You never know how someone is going to pull it out and possibly wreck your car.
I don't mind paying for parking as long as there are some available. However, the hotel didn't follow its own established policies. This was posted in the elevator.

Exactly like described. Clean and cozy. Beach is just 7 mins away. Rooms are very clean. The staff is super nice and accommodating. A couple drawbacks, rooms are not well lit so feels gloomy in the evening. There are 2 elevators but only one works. We'll go back in a heartbeat though!
