⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Holiday Inn & Suites – Great First Stay! This was my first time staying at Holiday Inn & Suites, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. What I enjoyed: • Easy and smooth check-in process • Clean hotel and rooms – everything felt fresh and well-kept • Friendly staff and a welcoming foyer • Plenty of parking, which made things very convenient • Although I didn’t get to try the complimentary breakfast, I truly appreciate that it was available Minor Note: The AC in the room didn’t seem to cool very well, but since the weather was already nice and cool during my stay, it wasn’t a major concern at all. Suggestion for Improvement: In today’s streaming era, it would be a great upgrade if the TVs allowed guests to log into Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming services. Currently, the TV only offers their standard channels, which limits entertainment options. Overall: I had a great first experience and would definitely consider staying again!

There was no fridge in my room. Had to ask for multiple staffs for a solution because when I inquired about ice bucket, i got “let me check and bring it to your room” response but never did. Same thing when asked for extra towels.

The desk help was never very friendly with the exception of a couple of them. Not welcoming, but an arrogant attitude not willing to help but to just tell you how it is. Breakfast staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. I did not like to ask the desk questions because of their attitude with the exception of a couple of them, a young girl and an older lady who eventually warmed up. Not the usual Holiday welcome wagon I am familiar with. A big jump from the LaQuinta.

Our room door was worn and painted over to the extent that it interfered with the door frame and made a terribly loud noise when opening, not ideal when you return from the continental breakfast and your family is sleeping in. Our room phone was also inoperable. I walked down to the front desk to request a blanket and let them know about the phone, received the blanket but the gentleman did not seem to care about the phone. That said, the previously mentioned breakfast was great (as it always is at Holiday Inn Express) and the rest of the staff was friendly.
