The Front Desk agent made a mistake somehow and my card was authorized again after paying for my room and sleeping on the first night already - the lady at the desk help the next morning but it’s been 4 days since the issue and my funds are still on hold all because of their mistake . Not cool .Property is very worn out - my room didn’t have a fridge or coffee machine but my mom own did - I had to ask for a fridge and got an old scrapped up one . Never got the coffee machine . Staff help was okay but wouldn’t stay again breakfast wasn’t that good and the breakfast staff was not friendly and we had to remind them of what ran out on the station. I normally stay at ihg property’s but after this I’ll definitely try a different brand .

I did like that my room was serviced everyday. I stayed four nights and the service and breakfast was really nice. Only thing there was a stale smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor each day.

I loved my stay at this property. Check-in was easy and the room was spacious and clean . The AC unit however was very cold and somehow I couldn't turn it up to get the room warmer. The room had a microwave and small fridge which were so convenient. My husband and will be staying here again. Also the chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were excellent
