The breakefast was the same all days, and you have to serve in a plastic plate, with a plastic forks, 6 days and all days the same reduce breakfast, the cleaning service: “every other day” in 6 days only 2 days went to clean our room. The smell of the hall was awful, the personal was not kind, they are not customer centric. I like IHG hotels they have high standards, but this one… OMG terrible!

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff is amazing and went above & beyond. I went there earlier than expected for check in & the staff was so nice & accommodating, she got me a room as quickly as possible. Customer service is definitely important to me. I most definitely enjoyed my stay.

I checked in on Saturday but the towels and making of the bed didnt happen until Monday. If there was a policy notice about having to make a special request for these services in the room, I never found it. Otherwise, it was fine.

I expected my room to be a bit nicer. It was a bit dated for my taste. There was alsoba persistent sound in my room that never left. It sounded like water dripping. Also, staff didn't show much flexibility if you were even 5 mimutes late to breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable. We got fresh towels when we requested. HOWEVER...the front desk staff wasn't too friendly, I had to ask about breakfast area, no one told us about front desk cookies, I had to ask, and they were never available. I needed to use the desktop for work ( thankfully I bought my laptop) because the PC wasn't working and someone stole the mouse??? We had no iron in our room and had to wait 30 minutes for one ( after I called the front desk to ask of its status). My husband had gone downstairs personally to ask for one, but apparently no one wrote down the room number that was the reason for the delay. And the cherry on top...although breakfast on the weekend ends at 10 am, they had closed the entrance door at 9:30 am and would not bring out more eggs...
