The breakfast. Spacious room and storage space. (Just needed a few more hangers. Staff was nice. Especially the ones in the breakfast area. One thing. Would ypu conside more laundery units. Even if you stacked them. It was a bit inconvencing to say the least

The room smelled musty the whole stay. Our toilet chain kept falling off, so we had to keep the top off to be able to fix it ourselves. No one wants maintenance coming in when they are not present. We were made aware of a parking fee when we arrived, but then upon check-out another woman said there was no parking fee. The bathroom vanity was broken. The tv channels were out of service. The faucet water pressure was non-existent. This is definitely a local, cheap stay. The pictures did the property justice. It's old and crusty inside.

Overall, this hotel has a lot going for it: high standards, consistency with expectations, clean rooms, hot water is hot, modern conveniences, good value for high quality. However, what detracted from the experience was the fact that the $50 per stay incidentals was still not refunded back to the payment account 2 weeks after the date of check out. It still has not been refunded and IHG, the parent company of Holiday Inn is intervening on my behalf. Let's see what happens. If my $50 incidentals charge is not refunded, I will be forced to file a claim with my credit card.
