Location was great. Room had broken floors old carpet hard beds and Ac unit was not working well. When standing in front of the AC you were okay but anywhere else in the room it was hot.

Amazing Beach Getaway!!!!!

I had an amazing stay for my solo birthday getaway from people, places and things in my life. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They own a taco restaurant right on the property with a bar, you get a free margarita everyday you stay plus free beach chairs and towels. Great value for your money and excellent location. Book Today!!!

Thanks. I really enjoyed my stay. It was nice to be by the beach and relax. The balcony was cool and unexpected. The water was hot. The shower wasnt pristine, but it was still nice. It was nice to have coffee and iced water throughout the day and to rent the beach towel was convenient

The only complaint is the shower bottom is SUPER slippery! And the water pressure was not very strong. Other than that 10/10 will be back!

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly. The rooms smell like mold. We stayed there for a whole week and got room service once and we had to ask for it. Trying to find a parking spot around the property is another downfall. The only thing really good about this property is the location.

Check in refused unless I paid an undisclosed fee.

I had a one night stay at the Hollywood Beach Rooms & Suites planned, booked and paid for on hotels.com. Upon arrival at the hotel around 9:30pm the front desk advised that there would be an additional "hotel fee" I had to pay before check in. I explained that there was no additional fee disclosed at any point prior and I would not be paying it. Hotels.com displays the total price including all taxes and fees upfront and specifies what is "Due Today" and what is "Due At Property" several times during the booking process. The only thing due at property for this booking was an authorization hold for incidentals. The additional fee the front desk demanded: -was not disclosed during the booking process -was not shown on my booking confirmation -was not shown on my booking confirmation email from hotels.com -was not shown on the "fees and details" page -was not shown on my check in email from _the hotel itself_ -was not shown on my paid in full receipt I showed all of this to the front desk person, who indicated that the manager had been contacted and said if I didn't pay the additional fee I couldn't check in. If there was in fact some fee that hotels.com should have charged and didn't, that's between the hotel and the vendor, not me as the customer. Instead of doing the right thing for the paying customer standing in front of them, they chose to leave me without the room I paid for, without a refund, and without so much as an apology. Buyer beware.

I liked the place but what I didn’t like that the place don’t have a private parking. and parking is an arm and a leg $ 30.45 every 24hrs is half of what I’m paying for the room and if you move from that parking space there is no guarantee you get a parking space again so your obligated to stay to spend your money for twice the price for everything and if you’re not prepared for that kind of prices you’re screwed but otherwise we did had fun !!! Next time if there’s a next time I have to make sure bring microwave foods and sandwiches and lots of water even water is expensive here.
