Only thing that look decent was the pool and jucuzzi the rooms need to be upgraded and the bathroom is very terrible also the bed it was ok the bed linen need to be upgraded cigarettes burns all on the comforters the neighborhood ok but the people out there they all look like drug attics and sex trafficking people I will never stay again

Very run down and was charged twice

This hotel is from a one star to a two star only. Complaints from numerous guests and some left due to cockroaches in their rooms. Our room didn't have any cockroaches however the room was poor at best. The rugs were stained so bad that they will have to be replaced. We also got there and they told us that our payment was declined but my credit card was charged. We had to pay again and I'm stll trying to get my money back. Not happy right now! Will never stay there again!

This hotel is disgusting. Flea bag motel would be the best way to describe it. Was shocked because we stay at LaQuinta hotels often when travelling with teams or doing a short stay. I cannot describe how gross this place was. I do have photos though that I will upload so you can decide for yourself. The bedding was dirty. The arm chair next to the bed was filthy with stains. The lamps were rusted. It was damp and smelled awful. When we complained, they moved us to another room that was supposed to be upgraded. It was actually worse than the first room. Needless to say, we left. I guess we will see if Expedia gives us our money back. Not so far. We booked another hotel for a similiar price, tru by Hilton and thankfully this is the experience we were expecting. I contacted Expedia through the “chat”. Didn’t get far. When they read my comment the virtual assistant disappeared. Hoping you will do better Expedia!

There were bugs in my room, pee in the toilet, the shower had not been clean (as there was hair in the tub), and the room reeked of cigarettes. As if this was not enough, the determining factor for me leaving after 5 hours is being awoken to 10 cop cars pulling a man over and surrounding him right outside of my room door. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property was fine, it was the incorrect info given at checkin. I asked to shorten our stay by 2 days while at the front desk. They told me that I needed to checkin prior to adjusting the reservation. I trusted them and did as they said. I then received an email stating that I could not alter since I already checked in. Not impressed by the lack of communication around this issue as the hotel has not responded.

One of the beds folded in the middle like a taco. The head board was shedding onto the bed. The condition of the room was much lower standard than any la Quinta I have ever stayed at.

It’s a nice place for the money. But I after my stay. I would have paid more for a better hotel. The people coming in and out were noisy and inconsiderate of others sleeping. Not really the properties fault. Just the area is not a nice area and I didn’t feel safe to walk around the area outside the hotel.
