There was never much staff around in the common areas and they staff just wasn’t very helpful. Shuttle never came to the designated pick up area at Fort Lauderdale Airport.

The hotel staff in every department is excellent. Front desk more than happy to help you get around and introduce you to surroundings. Food and Beverage folks are the best. Whether for an early morning breakfast or dinner food is excellent and they have a good selection of food items. Be sure to chat with them for a wealth of local information.

The Manager was personable and from the time we checked-in Friday night to our early Saturday morning, she was there. The king corner room was spacious and the view with the floor to ceiling windows was gorgeous. I also strongly recommend the M-Club access, trust me, you won’t be disappointed. It was comforting to know that my husband and I were in good hands. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The room was spacious, but there were stains on the chaise lounger and carpet. Furniture in the halls and foyer were dated and tired. Staff members were kind but our food in the bar took forever to get even though it wasn’t busy.
