The staff who checked me in was obviously so involved in playing games on his phone that he had to multitask between checking in and making sure the game was still going strong. Even though motel 6 is known for its price, but I did expect better than this.

The bathroom and linens were covered in hair, the room was boiling hot when we arrived and the room smelled of stagnant water. The hotel lost our reservations and we arrived at midnight after a late flight to no room for 45 minutes.

Almost didn't get in, staff said they were overbooked and since we hadn't pre-paid on Expedia (which I would have, had I been required to) our room was given away. While we stood in the lobby trying to call other hotels, the staff member found us an open room. She did work hard to find that, so that was nice. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better but at that point I was just grateful to have a place to sleep for 1 night. There was also some trash left out on the pool deck. Next time I cruise from Ft Lauderdale I will look elsewhere.

It was horrible from start to finish. I am waiting on my refund from Expedia . The room was a nightmare. Very uncleaned bed not made, garbage not empty. Had to check out . I need my refund I would not offer that property on your site. Hotel. Com move them of there site when one of their clients experience the same thing as me and move them to another property.

Hair in every towel given, pubic hair in sink and tubs aswell as bed linens. Apparent body fluid stains (from a man) along edges of platform bed. Upon bringing his to the attention of the manager they quickly became hostile untill being toured through the room. At which point the reservation was canceled. We went to the Marriott and did not stay here

We had reservations for three rooms before a cruise departure. One member of our party arrived early that morning and was told the rooms were not yet available, which we understood since it was early. We left and returned around 6:00 PM, only to be told that the hotel was completely sold out and that our reservations were no longer available. We never received a cancellation notice from the hotel. Expedia eventually stepped in and relocated us to another hotel at the same price. After speaking with the front desk, it appeared that the hotel was willing to give up confirmed reservations if they could resell the rooms at a higher rate.

Arrived reception said overbooked and they would be turning people away if they hadn’t prepaid (I had) Seems to have long term residents. Safety is a massive issue couldn’t stay here and had to leave. Asked Expedia to refund but property wouldn’t allow. Stay somewhere else

When we went to the room the tv was shattered, the door looked like someone had tried to break in. The entire property was dirty. Garbage bags were left out in the hallway. You could hear several couples fighting in their rooms. It smelt like Marijuana in the loby when we arrived. When we got back from dinner the police were there and the lady running the front was gone. I have no idea what was going on but I did not feel safe at all.

The room was clean but no mini fridge so our groceries went bad lol. They did have laundry service for $4 per load and I thought that was pretty affordable. The staff was very friendly. The parking was free and convenient.
