8th floor unit with great views, the building is very quiet on the high floors.
Large studio with a complete kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, Keurig and another with filters, microwave, toaster. There is a small balcony overlooking the ocean, a king-size bed, a desk with a safe, and bar areas, well equipped with all you need.
The place has a large heated pool, a tiki bar at the beach, a five-star Italian Restaurant in the lobby with entertainment, pool cabanas available, a coffee shop 24/7, a Beauty saloon, Spa, stores, an ATM cashier, and laundry facilities.
All amenities included, free WI FI.
Valet parking is $18 per day. You can also self-park in the parking lot in front of the condo.
No car is needed—walking distance to the mall, supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, banks, and boutiques.

The condo was a nice size. Lots of storage in the kitchen, had all the items you needed to cook, comfy bar stools. Loved the view of the ocean. The bed was awesome just the right firmness. The host answered my questions in a timely manner. She gave a list of stores that was close by, there was really no reason to get a car rental. The beach was just a few minutes from condo

Location is excellent. We were told the tiki bar here is the only one open on FLL Beach. Not sure if that is correct however the atmosphere and food and drink options were amazing. They stayed open till 2am every night during our week’s stay. The owner has pretty much everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. Communication with owner was great. I work for a major airline and have stayed at many resorts and properties over many years. This place met my expectations and more for the value. It was great! And right on the beach.

Ft Lauderdale Weekend Stay

The condo is a good size/fit for a couple staying a short amount of time. The valet parking was hectic since we arrived at a busy time. 2 beach towels were provided so if you need more than that, be sure to bring them. The tiki bar was nice but drinks are pricey. Pool was nice.
