Room was flat out disgusting, you can tell the bathroom tub has NEVER been scrubbed or probably even cleaned. The bathroom door didn’t even close and the floors were so dirty like caked kind of dirty. Everything the room has is outdated, the bed was so uncomfortable and possibly even broken. The shower towels were torn and stained, OH and they have cockroaches! They come out at night and get in your clothes, so nasty! I NEVER saw staff there, or they never once came to change our bedsheets or give us new clean towels. I believe the people that stay in the other units actually live there, lesson learned. You get what you paid for, never again.

Room had everything we needed. But the water pressure is horrible. We were in room 13 and there was no water pressure in the shower. For someone whos hot water is out and really wanted a hot shower finally. Well it was hot! But just a trickle. Very sad!

Hotel staff sent a pre-arribal text that needed a decipher ring to understand. And then the staff didn't respond to my text about parking. Disappointed upon arrival as the website lead me to believe it is right on the beach, when it is actually several buildings separated. The toilet wouldn't flush. While i was getting ready, my son laid on the bed for about 10 minutes, and when we left found 3 bug bites on his legs. We were going to a 7:30p game at hard rock stadium, so couldn't really deal with it immediately, but when we got back from the game at midnight, we just got our stuff out of the room and got a room at the Marriott

There was still urine in the toilet when we arrived which led me to believe the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There were flies and gnats flying around the room. This was a last min booking, so I booked it b/c of the cheap price and b/c it was close to the cruise ports, but with proper planning you can certainly find much better than this hotel at a decent price in the area!

Dont stay in this hotel they dont clean it i had to sweep the floor and go get my own towel... They do have theft too we left our beach chair on the balcony and someone stold them and my friends watch got stolen out of the room door was locked...
