The personnel was friendly, love the tiki bar, the food and the waitress. Did not like that the AC vents seems to be connected with other units and the smell of cigaretes and marijuana was coming thru. I ended up sick.

My husband and I got married here 2 years. We came to celebrate our anniversary and watch the air and sea show. Great hotel love the location. Amazing food options. Staff is so friendly. This is our home away from home.

Had a two bedroom suite with a leaky sink and black mold. Changed rooma. end up cutting my finger and bleeding on a door knob down in the lobby that was old that has a screw sticking out. Front desk manager ignored my bleeding finger, did not care where it happened or that it happened nobody asked me to show them where this happened. They just wanted it to go away, front desk clerk gave me a band-aid. Blood was running from my finger down my hand. Ignored. Guess they didn't want to write up an accident report. They did not even care where it happened they did not even care for me to show them where this was I said it's going to happen again to someone else. Ordered room service. They do not come back to get your room service garbage. Garbage set outside my hotel door for 2 days. Stunk up the hallway. There was no garbage cans on our floor and people were throwing their garbage outside the elevator on a table that was sitting there. No one came by and picked up wrappers and garbage that people were throwing outside the elevator. No maid service picked it up and Front desk manager told me I could not do that, that they don't do that there to take it to the garbage myself. Because they rent apartment rooms there, he tells me. I guess I don't rate as a guest in this hotel. Very rude They do not cater to guests there. They just want your money. Guest catering, forget it. They don't care. Would never recommend this place. I would have given them no stars if that was an option.

I would never stay there again. This was my first stay a last. Housekeepers was the only good thing that I can honestly say. No microwave, no coffee pot . Bed was coming off the wall. I wanted queen beds they were double a small. No fan in bathroom. Staff not friendly. I called 3 times because my safe was locked it never got opened by maintenance I went Down twice listened to her call them called the next day no one came. So I just let go.you should not have to walk through the bar a restaurant area to get to the ocean. It was a cluster area to get to the ocean. I have never been to a hotel/ resort where that don’t have a wake up call because there is no one there to call that’s what the front desk said. personally would not recommend anyone to stay there. Very disappointed.

Loved access to beach and friendly helpful staff. Only issue was dead bolt on door did not lock and toilet paper holder was loose on the wall and toilet paper came off every time. Reported to front desk and they said that they would notify maintenance. Was not repaired while we were there. Deck chair needed repair. Note: Partial ocean view.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the Tiki Bar and pool. Staff was very helpful and nice. Room needed an upgrade, but it served its purpose. We will definitely be back.

Helpful staff, nice tiki bar with good service, although the food is average and drinks not too strong - music was good and the service very friendly. Beds are ok. Compliments to the housekeeping staff - they reacted super-fast ton all requests - extra towels, shampoo, covers etc. It was done in 5 minutes. Beach is not well maintained and had seaweed covering a good portion of the sand Infront the ocean. You can walk to Lauderdale at the sea - 1 mile or take a shuttle service from there back to the hotel. Quaint town with few shops and many restaurants to choose from. There are bikes for rent near by and this would be a good way to get to downtown Fort Lauderdale.

We enjoyed our stay. Both the tiki bar and the Italian restaurant had good food, drinks and service. The view was beautiful and it’s located close to the center of Lauderdale By the Sea.

Very outdated old and dirty. Didn’t have a balcony or a ceiling fan. Plugs for phone barely worked. Windows didn’t even open. All around worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
