The property was very well maintained and a short walk to the beach. Debbie (property manager) does a great job of keeping the facility in tip top condition for the guests. She was friendly and kind to us and other guests, addressing us by name. She was helpful with any questions we had. It was a fun and relaxing three day getaway.

Check in with easy the rooms were completely old school terrazzo floors very clean place and staff was above reproach every time we stepped out to the pool or going to the parking lot we always ran into a friendly face who works for them asking us if we need beach chairs etc....

We stayed here for 5 days in June and everything was perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach. Free parking was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived after 6:00 PM, so we were offered a quick self-check-in by picking up our room key without staff being present — very convenient. The room was extremely clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and in great condition. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. We also appreciated having a separate bedroom. In the morning, we completed our check-in with lovely Debra and received towels, a beach umbrella, and chairs. The beach is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The pool was also nice and relaxing. Checkout was quick and easy. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the cozy atmosphere and excellent service!

very nice clean rooms. staff was very very friendly. manager was accommodating. we were with several friends in town for a wedding and the ocean villas was fabulous! would definitely recommend!

Only 20 rooms so not too many people. Pool is right outside the room. The beach is 1 block away. The staff is friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Walking distance to the Deerfield Beach pier and restaurants. Water toys and beach chairs available.
