Very solid hotel, would recommend

It was great! The smell diffusers really stand out once you enter (they smell great), the service/staff were friendly, the hotel is very clean and has a nice style to it, the pool was refreshing and clean, the staff will clean your room when you're not there which is also a plus. Didn't expect it to be this good tbh. The breakfast was also good but nothing crazy, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, and cereals. Sometimes they had basic hashbrowns and burritos. 10/10 stay

Fake reviews made me reserve this peice of trash. Just tell the truth, it's not a hotel it's a roach motel. Elevator felt like a sauna, smelled moldy and gross. Walkway was dim, and upon reaching the room, why out of all the rooms available did they gave me the one with a huge crack down in the window and non working tv, which they did mention the tv prior but still. Changed my mind to stay as I felt unsafe with my two young children and was going to bring the keys back after getting screwed by the Circ down the street but they said I didn't have to bring them back. Worst of all they didn't refund my rate or deposit. Apparently they need it more but not using it towards the place. I've been using Expedia for ages but this will be my last reservation.

Went to Miami for my boyfriend’s birthday and found this hotel. The hotel itself was nice, but our room smelled like animal and we found a couple of dog hairs. Also, the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was hot and when we got back late, there was no parking even though we paid for parking.
