Room was clean, more modern, and the lounge area was all new. There is no breakfast included, and we had to pay for coffee downstairs. There is a great outdoor space with a pool and if you wanted to stand outside, your room may have a small balcony. There is also a bar, but there is a restaurant by the marina within walking distance. We really are glad we stayed here.

Breakfast was not served until after 7 AM and I found it frustrating when they charged my associate for an extra cup of coffee because he ordered it before I got down to order breakfast. It was only four dollars, but it was the principle.

I did a week cruise in the Caribbean. We stayed here two time before and after the cruise. The first stay was near perfect suffice to say it wasn't near a marina as advertised online for this hotel, but the bed and room were good. The second stay was atrocious, the room given to us was the complete opposite of that of the first, the ac was pointed the floor, there was also a odor emanating from walls and the hall had noise, I got anxiety because i wanted to leave asap.

The airport shuttle was a 3rd party service in an unmarked white van, who picked us up at the airport 50mins after we were standing at the door, then preceded to circle the airport, picking up 3 more parties. Take an uber.

Staff was excellent. Arrived very late due to flight delays and lady at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Even out our freeze racks in employee freezer so they were ready for travel the next day. Only odd thing is the lighting in the room only worked if main light switch was on and then other switches controlled other lights but the main switch had to be on to use other switches, very odd.
